Our voluntary, completely free helpline provides support and guidance for people that need homelessness and housing related advice, from those who have no roof over their head to people that are homeless at home.

The helpline is currently staffed 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, all year round and receives over 2,000 calls every single year – our trained staff are on hand to help.
At Reconnected we do things differently.
We don’t believe in stereotypes or labels.
Our future commitment is to increase future helpline availability to 24 Hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year once we secure adequate funding.
